How does pricing work?
First, there is the cost of the Blank Apparel. If you know what style apparel you want, we can provide almost any apparel at competitive wholesale pricing, or CONTACT US about what features you are looking for in a garment and we'll suggest some styles. Customers are welcome to provide their own apparel.
Next, you'll have a Setup Fee, based on the number of colors in your artwork for screen printing or the stitch count for embroidery. Typically if you're printing an opaque print on dark apparel, you'll require a base layer which will add a color to the number of visible colors in your art. Generally speaking, the larger and more detailed the logo, the larger the embroidery stitch count will be.
Finally, there is the Per Piece Print Cost or Per Piece Embroidery Cost. Print cost will increase in cost as your total number of colors increases, and decrease in cost as your total quantity increases. When providing quotes, we like to show you the price breaks above and below your projected quantity. If we think that we can save you money by reducing the number of colors while maintaining the integrity of your art, we'll discuss that possibility with you. We're proud offer water based inks at no additional charge! Embroidery cost increases as your stitch count increases, and decreases as your total quantity increases.
If your art will require more than 30 minutes to prepare for print, you may be charged for Art Time. We will always let you know before you incur any art charges, and estimate what they'll be, and why. We want to give you the opportunity to correct the art independently if you want to. There are small up-charges for specialty printing, including metallic inks, neon inks, glow-in-the-dark inks, foils, rhinestones, and prints that cross seams. If you want us to ship your order to your business or residence after the job is complete, there will be a shipping charge.
Our standard turnaround time is 2 calendar weeks from the time that you approve your proof and estimate. If you are providing your own apparel, we need that in hands before we begin our turnaround time. Our turnaround time is the latest date by which your printing or Embroidery will be finished. We pride ourselves on consistently finishing most projects before that projected time.
Have an event less than 2 weeks away for which you need apparel? CONTACT US, we take Rush Orders whenever possible. Our rush fees are reasonable when incurred at all. We can print/embroider as fast as a 24 hour turnaround if the schedule and details of the project permit.
We can print up to 10 spot colors on most jobs. We enjoy working with both plastisol and water based inks. We can print with neon inks, glow-in-the-dark inks, metallic inks, glitter inks, color-changing inks, holographic foils and metallic foils. We're comfortable with simulated process printing and cmyk process printing.
We can embroider left chest, full back, any panel or combination of panels on caps, hats, blankets and more! We can embroider with neon threads, metallic threads, glow-in-the-dark threads and multicolored special effects threads. We can embroider appliqué, 3d-puff, and custom names/monograms.
